Roster Cuts

When do we need to decide whom we are going to cut to have open roster spots? After season is complete?

I read the by laws but was a little confused on the wording kind of made it sound like we need to have cuts done during the season.

I guess what confused me is I assumed that we went from one season right into the recruiting period I didnt think about time in between.

Yeah, there will be a few days in between for roll call, player improvement, and then roster cuts
